◆ Use

This product is mainly used for automobile wheels, pistons, and sodium-free aluminum alloys, for degassing and slag removal.

◆ Features

1. The degassing and slag removal effect is good, and the slag scattered is easy to remove.

2. The effect of combined use of this product and powder spraying machine is better.

◆ How to use

Pour this product into the bucket of the powder sprayer, and follow the instructions for use of the powder sprayer.

◆ Process parameters

1. Refining temperature: 700-730°C

2. Time: 10-15 minutes (6 tons and 20 tons).

3. Nitrogen pressure: 0.4-1.00kg/cm2

4. Dosage: 2-5kg/T aluminum.

◆ Packaging and storage

Packed in corrugated carton, 20-25 kg per carton.

Keep it properly and keep it away from moisture.
