The degassing refining agent is a relatively traditional block refining agent, which has the dual effects of slag removal and glandular gas. It is a solid refining agent with recognized effects recently.

◆ Scope of application

In addition to aluminum alloy products other than high magnesium, cast aluminum alloy is particularly effective.

◆ Reference dosage

The large aluminum melting furnace adds 0.1-0.2% of the melt weight to the crucible furnace and adds 0.5-1.0%.

◆ Main advantages

The degassing refining agent is composed of hexachloroethane and other buffering agents, which can effectively remove hydrogen, oxidized slag and non-metallic inclusions in the molten metal, and improve the quality of castings: easy to use: obvious degassing effect. After refining, the slag is powdery and easy to remove. After treatment, the aluminum liquid contains hydrogen. The amount is less than or equal to 0.1ml/100 gAl. The content of inclusions (Al203) is reduced by more than 20%, and the defects of casting inclusions are reduced by more than 50%. The macroscopic pinhole degree of the processed aluminum castings is level one.

◆ How to use

Use the bell jar to press into the depth of the molten aluminum to move horizontally until it stops gassing. Ensure that the refining time is more than 10 minutes, and after standing for 5-10 minutes, the slagging will enter the next process.

◆ Packaging and storage

Corrugated carton packaging: 20-25 kg per carton.
